Terms & Conditions for Candidate Replacement

Replacement Policy

If a candidate placed by Textile Talent is not found satisfactory by the hiring company, a replacement may be requested within 15 calendar days from the candidate's start date.

Eligibility for Replacement

  • The hiring company provides detailed feedback within 15 days of the candidate's joining, stating the reason(s) for dissatisfaction.
  • The reason for dissatisfaction is related to the candidate's performance, skills mismatch, or cultural fit.
  • The candidate is still employed at the company during the 15-day period.

Replacement Request Process

  • The company must submit a formal replacement request through the designated platform or via email within 15 days.
  • The request must include clear feedback on why the candidate is not suitable (e.g., lack of specific skills, performance issues, or non-compatibility with company culture).
  • The replacement request will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the feedback.

Replacement Candidate Profile

  • A new candidate will be identified and introduced to the company, with similar or better qualifications and experience as the original candidate.
  • The new candidate will be sourced from the same or a similar pool of candidates that meets the company’s requirements.
  • Textile Talent will make every effort to provide the replacement candidate as soon as possible, but replacement timelines may vary depending on the availability of suitable candidates.

Limitations to Replacement

  • The replacement option applies only to the first 15 calendar days of employment and is not applicable after this period.
  • The replacement is valid for one occurrence only. If the second candidate is also deemed unsatisfactory, no further replacements will be provided, and the company will need to re-engage Textile Talent for a fresh recruitment search.
  • The replacement will not be applicable if the candidate leaves voluntarily, is terminated due to misconduct, or is otherwise dismissed due to reasons unrelated to their professional performance or skills.

Non-Eligibility for Replacement

  • If the company fails to provide feedback within the 15-day period, the replacement request will be void.
  • If the reason for dissatisfaction is related to factors such as workplace environment, management issues, or external circumstances beyond the candidate's control, the company will not be eligible for a replacement.

Replacement Candidate Terms

  • Any new candidate provided as a replacement will be subject to the same terms of employment as the original candidate.
  • The company must make the final decision regarding the new candidate, and Textile Talent will not be liable for any future dissatisfaction with the replacement.

Job Seeker Terms

  • By submitting this KYC form, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information for registration purposes.
  • Your personal information will be used for identity verification and job application purposes only. By submitting, you consent to the processing and storage of your data in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
  • Your information may be shared with potential employers only for job-related purposes. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent.
  • Your information will remain confidential and will be retained as long as necessary for the job application process.

  • To register as a Job Provider on our platform, you must be legally authorized to represent a company or organization. By completing the registration process, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date.
  • You are responsible for securing your account and login information and must promptly update any changes. We are not liable for any unauthorized access or activity under your account.
  • You agree to keep your registration information current and update it if any details change.

Job Posting Terms & Conditions

By posting a job, you agree to the following terms:

  • I confirm that the job title, description, qualifications, location, salary, and other details are complete and truthful.
  • I agree to clearly outline the role, responsibilities, and required skills in the job posting.
  • I confirm that my job posting does not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • I agree not to post any false, misleading, offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful job listings.
  • I agree to keep my job postings current and remove them once the position is filled.
  • I understand that my job posting may be reviewed, verified, and removed if found inaccurate or in violation of these terms.
