Filament Spinning Engineer
TextileTalent is looking for its Client Indorama India Private Limited
Description
Manage shift-wise manpower allocation and operator overtime tracking
Plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled activities for the next 24 hours
Perform daily quality gradation analysis and maintain records of breaks, waste, and quality parameters
Monitor winder performance, identify poor positions, and implement corrective actions based on breakage reports
Supervise winder changes, preventive maintenance activities, tripping analysis, and Comoli data updates
Prepare waste and mixing reports and maintain technical process data records
Conduct audits of empty tubes and bobbin weights and report findings to management
Analyze bobbin mixing and breakage trends to improve operational efficiency
