Factory Head – Knitted Garment Manufacturing

Description

Lead end-to-end factory operations, including Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, and Dispatch.
Manage both in-house manufacturing and job work operations efficiently.
✔ Handle high-volume production of knitted garments, including innerwear, with a manufacturing capacity of approximately 15–20 lakh pieces per month.
✔ Drive productivity improvements, cost optimization, quality enhancement, and on-time deliveries.
Build and mentor high-performing production teams while ensuring operational discipline.
Collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Quality, and senior management to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and customer requirements while maintaining world-class manufacturing standards.
