Description
• Prepare and review detailed yarn costing.
• Analyze raw material, labour, power, manufacturing, and overhead costs.
• Monitor cost variations and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Prepare product-wise and process-wise cost analysis.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Finance, and other departments.
• Analyze actual cost against standard/budgeted cost.
• Support management in pricing and profitability decisions.
• Prepare costing reports and MIS for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
• Support management with accurate costing data for business decisions.
