Description

✔ Ensure compliance with global buyer and brand standards, including Higg Index, ZDHC, SLCP, BSCI, GOTS, OEKO-TEX, and other sustainability frameworks.
✔ Plan and manage buyer audits, ensuring timely closure of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and maintaining audit readiness at all times.
✔ Drive factory-wide sustainability initiatives focused on ESG, water & energy conservation, chemical compliance, and environmental performance.
✔ Maintain and renew sustainability certifications while ensuring compliance with statutory environmental regulations and labour laws.
✔ Ensure MRSL/RSL compliance through effective chemical management, vendor coordination, and process control.
✔ Develop sustainability reports, monitor ESG metrics, and provide meaningful insights to internal and external stakeholders.
✔ Collaborate with HR, EHS, Operations, and external stakeholders to achieve compliance and sustainability objectives.
